Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible work areas.

Before service appointments, clients are responsible for:

• Securing pets
• Removing toys, hoses, wires, decorations, and other obstacles
• Clearly marking irrigation heads, invisible fences, or other hidden hazards

Banner’s Blazin Lawn Care LLC is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or obstructed objects not reasonably visible during service.

Lawns or properties exceeding normal maintenance conditions may incur additional service charges.

Examples include:

• Grass exceeding standard maintenance height
• Excessive leaf accumulation
• Severely overgrown areas
• Neglected landscaping beds
• Excessive debris

Additional charges may be assessed before or during service.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit timely payment may result in:

Clients should report any service concerns within 48 hours of service completion so concerns may be reviewed promptly.

The company reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for reported concerns.

Banner’s Blazin Lawn Care LLC shall not be liable for:

• Damage caused by hidden obstacles or hazards
• Pre-existing property damage
• Turf discoloration due to weather or irrigation issues
• Damage to unmarked sprinkler systems or underground utilities
• Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or equipment failure
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Clients may cancel recurring services by providing reasonable notice prior to the next scheduled appointment.

Same-day cancellations or inaccessible properties may result in cancellation fees or service charges.

Banner’s Blazin Lawn Care LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion.
